  1. Dynamic Walking, what's that?
A meeting about the mechanics, energetics and control of legged locomotion of animals, people and robots. A bit more informal and more participatory than many meetings. See the links at the bottom of this page, e.g., the videos, to get a sense.
  2. What travel plans should I make?
Fly to Stockholm Sweden, with plane actually arriving by 1 PM Sunday June 4, 2017.
Fly from Stockholm Sweden, with plane departure scheduled after 9 AM Friday June 9.
  3. Important dates?
    • Soon!! Applications were due February 20. But late, even very late, applications might be accepted. We've reserved a few spots for procrastinators or people who heard late about the meeting. Please email the organizers.

  4. How do I apply?
    Click on Call for papers.
  5. DRAPA Challenge?
Make and demonstrate a cheap dynamic robot. The main rule: It has to be capable, at least in principle, of falling. Read more here.
