Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

Submit a 1 page PDF conference abstract for peer review. This PDF must include (1) a title, (2) authors, (3) affiliations, (4) a contact email, (5) a max. 150 word summary, and (6) must be at most one page in length; there are no further restrictions. An optional template is available.

Please note that the 150 word summaries will be compiled and published online as conference proceedings.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission is a file in Portable Document Format (PDF)
  2. The submission file does not exceed one page in length
  3. The submission file includes a contact email
  4. A short summary (max 150 words) is included within the submission file itself
  5. I will make sure to replicate the summary included within my submission into the "abstract" text field of the submission form (on step 3 of the submission process)
  6. I am aware that the 150 word summaries will be compiled and published online as conference proceedings
  7. I am aware of the optional abstract template
